Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Qanta™ Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By applying to or participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation

To join the Qanta™ Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and maintain an active website, blog, or platform that aligns with our mission of providing cybersecurity solutions to SMBs. We reserve the right to accept or decline any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

1.2 Approval Process

After submitting your application, our team will review your platform. Upon approval, you’ll receive access to a personalized affiliate link and approved marketing assets to help you get started.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion Guidelines

As a Qanta™ affiliate, you are responsible for ethically promoting our cybersecurity services using the materials and affiliate link we provide. You must comply with all relevant laws and advertising standards, including those governing email marketing and privacy.

2.2 Ethical Conduct

Deceptive practices such as spamming, false claims, click fraud, impersonation, or copyright infringement are strictly prohibited. Any such activity may result in immediate termination from the program.

2.3 Content Standards

Affiliates may not publish or promote content that is discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate. We reserve the right to request removal of any material we deem inconsistent with Qanta™ values or our brand guidelines.

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying referrals that result in a closed sale through your unique affiliate link. Rates will be listed in your affiliate dashboard and are subject to periodic updates.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Commission payments are made on a [monthly/quarterly] basis via [preferred method – e.g., PayPal, ACH, etc.], assuming you meet the minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold will roll over.

3.3 Refund Policy

If a referred client cancels their service or is refunded, any previously earned commission for that referral will be adjusted accordingly. Deductions may apply to future payouts if already issued.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Qanta™

Qanta™ may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination include (but are not limited to) policy violations, brand misuse, or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Termination by Affiliate

You may leave the program at any time by providing written notice to Qanta™. Any outstanding commissions will be processed in accordance with the next scheduled payment cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qanta™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our maximum liability is limited to the total commission paid to you in the preceding six months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fulton County, Georgia for any disputes.

7. Changes to the Terms

Qanta™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
